She plays a crucial role in executive talent management and will be instrumental in maintaining and cultivating a positive organizational culture aligned with the company’s mission and values.

Outside of working on organizational dynamics and being a champion for mental health in the workplace, Karen loves spending time with her husband, Jason, two children, Max and Ginger Lily, Border Collie Roxi & two kittens, Ash & Rosie. She enjoys outdoor adventures, travel, & above all, finding the best ice cream shops.
